I will list your property 100% Barter for 500 Barter Trade Dollars in both Listing Services, FMLS & GAMLS, assuring your property will be exposed to over 60,000 Agents that have Buyers – this offer only includes me putting your listing into the system and forwarding ALL calls to you with no sign or lockbox included. NOTE: YOU MUST AGREE to PAY SELLER BROKER FEE to be included in the Listing Services

6% of real estate sales price (my portion of the fee – generally 3%, negotiable regarding Barter/Cash
